AIR is a volunteer program, started in Bergen County, offering a service to school systems. AIR is a safe and reliable group of responsible young people in recovery from drug and alcohol addition, speaking in schools they are familiar with. AIR's goal and purpose is to give teens and preteens an opportunity to identify with the speaker's feelings and experiences, helping them to opt for positive choices along their own paths. www.alumniinrecovery.org

PTO Meeting: 2/18/14 - RD PTO has partnered up with DriveSafer. See program flyer HERE.
DriveSafer Teaches Car Control and Defensive Driving. Clinics are held at MetLife Stadium-East Rutherford. These events are for drivers to have hands-on, behind-the-wheel training by certified high-performance driving instructors in their own vehicles. Participants pay for these courses (and this is how our school would make money, getting back 12%). They also receive insurance discounts (for three consecutive years) as well as being able to have 2 points removed from their license (if they already have points). We strongly encourage teens to bring their parents and other family members as participants as well.
